Chetna Sinha, Founder/Chair

Since founding Mann Deshi Foundation in 1996, Chetna has received numerous awards, including fellowships at Ashoka and Yale (2002). She has been recognized as India's Entrepreneur of 2013 by the Schwab Foundation and by Harvard as a Bridge Builder.

Rekha Kulkarni, Chief Executive Officer

Since 2000, Rekha has advanced from clerk to CEO. She has lectured at the Reserve Bank of India and international universities.

Vanita Shinde, Chief Administrative Officer

Vanita joined Mann Deshi in 2006 and now oversees the administration of the Mann Deshi Bank, from planning and assessing programs, to coordinating with domestic and international partners.

Sushma Shendge, Chief Financial Officer

Sushma joined Mann Deshi Bank in 2004, was trained by the Reserve Bank of India, and now coordinates all of the Bank's branches. She also oversees relations with RBI and other large banks.
